The year 2006 is a jubilee for respectable celebrities as Rembrandt and Mozart, but in a
way this also goes for the Ninth Independent Realist Exhibition (IRE). Granted, the IRE
is still a toddler of only nine years old, but Anyway, that won't be the fault of the artists. Also for this year no less than 65 artists are showing three up to six pieces, giving fine examples of their skill and vision. All together that is over a three hundred works of art. Off course, tastes differ, but everyone will agree that the quality is high and the variations are astounding. BookAnd as always a book/catalogue is published. 'Realisten 2006' is the ninth volume in this series. It has 196 pages, full colour and a hard cover. In it three reproductions of every participating artist. |
