| In March 1999 the building at 60 De Buurt in Venhuizen was bought: a fomer small-scale cheese-factory with a large shed. This big house (equal in size to the farm and the exhibition-space) was in very good condition. No reconstruction-work needed to be done; a contractor converted the shed into a Museum and Gallery. The back-part of the house now serves as a studio. We moved here in the beginning of October. On the painting "In the court" (1999) the artist can be seen in his new studio. |
